SAP TO SYRUP: A MAPLE SYRUP MAKING EXPERIENCE

Turn sap into sweet maple syrup in the sugar shack!

This hands-on experience includes:

• Tree identification

• Tree tapping demonstration

• Learning how to use an evaporator

• Learning how to measure sugar content

• Filtering and bottling maple syrup

• Learning how to grade maple syrup

• A personalized bottle of maple syrup made on site

Participants must be 14 years of age or older.

Purchase maple syrup and maple products from the Park Store before or after your experience.
